TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS 2012

The International Fair Poster Competition is the only one of its kind worldwide. This is the forum displaying the modern poster art for the purposes of the international exhibition industry.

The Competition has been organized by International Fair Plovdiv since 1997 and since 2003, UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry has also taken part in the organization.

The participation in the International Fair Poster Competition opens up opportunities for the exhibition companies to keep track of the latest trends in the field of exhibition poster design worldwide, as well as to promote their events.

The international jury of exhibition industry professionals and graphic designers assessed the 130 posters.  Selections were based on the originality of the design concept, successful interpretation of the exhibition topic and clear presentation of the marketing message and exhibition's technical details.

The poster of Transport and Logistics 2012 was awarded the Runner-Up Finalist Certificate for exhibition posters in Category 2

Speaking from Plovdiv, UFI President Arie Brienen applauded the design quality represented by these entries.  “This competition has taken place annually since 1997, and each year the poster quality shows an increased understanding of the marketing value of the art of the trade fair medium. Designers have always appreciated this theme, and we’re proud that the tradition continues.”
