HUMANOPOLIS, become a LOCAL INSTITUTE of CISCO ENTREPRENEUR INSTITUTE.

In cooperation with CEED Macedonia, the authorized training centre of CISCO ENTREPRENEUR INSTITUTE, Humanopolis signed an agreement for the implementation of the training program of CISCO ENTREPRENEUR INSTITUTE. For the beginning, it is about the training iEXEC – a training specifically designed to strengthen the leaders and "agents of change” and equipping them with skills and knowledge to create long-term businesses in their companies. The main objective of this training is to demonstrate the value of the ICT solutions to the business sector in Macedonia and the region.

CISCO iExact trainings are aimed for all professionals who have intention to get the skills and knowledge for practical usage of ICT and internet based applications into the process of  management, analysis and strategic planning.

OPERATION PLAN for realization of iEXEC

Duration:         50 hours (4 two-day workshops – 1 month)
35 hours – facilitated discussions, exercises and case studies according to the curriculum of CISCO Entrepreneur Institute
15 hours – individual filling out of the curriculum according to the local needs

Number of working group:    12-15 student

Target groups:

1. Banks
2. Big Corporations ( T-home, VIP, One, Alkaloid, Makpetrol, Okta, Lukoil, Makstil, Alkaloid, MEPSO, Zegin etc…)
3. Insurance Companies
4. Small and Medium Enterprises which have intention to develop ICT sectors or professionals for contemporary management
5. Governmental institutions (administrative managers and IT managers)
6. Non governmental sector: International as USAID, UNICEF, OSCE, UNDP ect. And National:OSI –Macedonia, MCMS, CIRA, OXO, Metamorfozis ect.)
