Tim Ringo is Global Leader of IBM’s Human Capital Management, responsible for more than 2000 HCM professionals around the world whose focus is helping clients enable enterprise innovation and performance through improved workforce effectiveness.
He is columnist writing for The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The Spectator. He is regularly speaker on conferences in China, US, India, Japan, Europe. His first book “Calculating Success” will be published by Harvard Business Press this autumn.

 

 

Dijana Klekar – HR director of  Karlovačka Pivara, Heineken group

Dijana Klekar is HR professional with over 20 years of experience, whose career is developed in the financial sector, and in the one of the world biggest oil companies. In the moment she is a HR director in Karlovačka Pivara, member of Heineken group. She is one of the most prominent HR professionals in the region and regular speaker on the international HR conferences.

 

 

Smiljka Soskovska – HR consultant

Smilja Soskovska is a prominent HR consultant in Triple S Learning, where she conducts HR trainings and consultancy services for the biggest Macedonian companies. Her specialty is employee motivation, measurement of the employee performance, conflict and stress management. She is also a columnist writing in the      economic daily newspaper Biznis.
